is it just me or does " www.outgauge.net " not load?

im wondering if there is a possible way through USB to connect this cluster from a 1982 toyota celica GT, via: soldering connections to the power leads and data leads within the USB cable... i would appretiate any and all information i can get. i couldnt help but be jealous of all these outgauge videos on youtube... i do understand the speedometer is mechanical and i dont care about having a disfunctional speedo... but the tach, oil presure, coolant temp, batery and fuel guage are all electric... here are some pics of the front and back of the cluster, i have the electrical maps for the cars instrument panel here:

again, any help is better than no help.
