Quote from VTRacing :Just to throw my hat into the ring.

Credit for this video should go to BYO-Interceptor (nee WTF), he created it for the post-race thread for this Monday Night Racing series race (held in July last year).

The admins of Monday Night Racing gave n23 many chances to redeem himself and drive cleanly. Even after this display it was still about 6 months before he was finally banned from the league.

Way to make the thread srs bisness VT

Hadn't raced a TBO server since S1 days. I had an absolute blast though! I was only around for a short while (~AR~ Santaria). Was good to see a couple of Aussies in there as well. It's a good practice in patience as well having that many people in the 1st turn and NOT getting punted off, had a ball.

Quote from lfs-drift staff :sometime it happens to me

when i turn left it can go lock but not on the others way and when i put my wheel centered my lfs wheels are a bit going to the left

its strange but when i disconnect the usb of my g25 and plug it back it fix the problem

I suffer the same problem on occasions. This is the way to fix it. A tip though: Move the wheel all the way to the right first, then unplug it and plug it back in. It should center perfectly then.

What I wouldn't give for Nordschleife in LFS, lol.

I've tried various sims, iRacing included for a few months and I always come back to LFS. iRacing doesn't really have much over LFS apart from RL tracks. Could not get into rFactor... it felt.... weird...

I'd prefer LFS over anything at the moment, but you never know, we might get something later on that craps over LFS. I just can't see it happening for a long while

ABS works in reverse the same as forwards in most cars. Mine included.

Most of the time there's a sensor ring on the front discs that is 'watched', so to speak, by a sensor. Forward or reverse, if it detects a locked wheel, it'll function the same.

There's a broken wire inside the shifter. The potentiometer for the horizontal movement will have a broken wire to it. It's happened to mine, my brothers and a friends. Same wire too, the black one.

Chook, I only just remembered, but on Monday I didn't notice MNR come up in the "announcements" on this site like it did the other week.

Do you think the injection of new tracks, be it fantasy or real life, would bring back most of the community? i.e. instead of another section of South City or another one of Fern Bay. I wouldn't mind seeing double the tracks we already have, but not new extensions, but new tracks. Maybe bringing in community modders do add some tracks maybe? Then get said tracks passed by the Devs before we can download/use said tracks?
LFS' current state and you!!11!

At the risk of inciting hatred and stupidness from the forum trolls. I was wondering what people thought, or are thinking, about LFS in it's current state?

Does anyone think we'll get a content update soon (read sometime next year) or do you think the LFS community will eventually die off with no updates for another year or so? or do you think it's going to keep plugging along as it is until a proper LFS killer comes along?
