That's fine, I don't mind getting an S3 license. Is what I'm asking for still doable though? Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hi, folks! Total newb here. Just downloaded LFS today.

Some background: I have an 02 Corvette that I'm getting into autocross with. It's a lot of fun! I downloaded LFS in hopes that I can practice during my downtime. I'm not expecting it to be super accurate or realistic, but if I can practice beginner concepts, car control, etc., then I'm happy.

So, I have a couple questions:

1. When I look at these custom autocross layouts that people make, most of them look like custom tracks rather than autocross courses (setup with cones for low-speed racing.) -- Am I missing something here? Where should I be looking?

2. I understand that folks can create/mod their own cars. Does anyone recommend something close to my C5 Corvette in terms weight, V8, etc.?


And if my questions or expectations are unrealistic, just let me know.
