Hey sorry if I sound stupid but how do I know what I’m assigning what to, I have no idea what I’m doing

I recently downloaded this game to try it out yet my wheel is connected but my wheel and pedals don't work when I go into the game. I've attached a photo of the settings as I'd guess that's where the issue
lies.
