There are airplane mods in the game too; so, can we please put a realistic flight physics model on request as well? It is about time we dethrone the likes of X-plane and MSFS.
Please disregard - the issue was solved by reinstalling the game and adding it as a new non-steam game rather than modifying the installer entry to grab the exe from the installed folder. LFS runs amazingly well at stable 90 fps at 9W tdp with default graphics settings.
Make sure you download from GitHub repository, not from the website listed as first result on Google. So far, I haven't noticed any issues malware-wise. Just received a gamesir g8+ gamepad attachment. Next, I guess I need a phone cooler from ali lol
Unbelievable how tech has improved overtime. LFS on the phone is still unthinkable to me.
I also tried it on an old budget phone (moto g power 2020). It runs about 10-30 fps (requires to select tulip driver in container options and lowest in-game settings).
Just discovered LFS is playable via winlator. I have got sd 7 plus g2 phone and 2400x1080 max settings without AA, I get 80-110fps. Just the phone gets hot in 10 minutes.
LFS rocks!
I'm trying to hide all or adjust transparency of the UI elements during gameplay. I have an OLED screen and don't want any burn-in if I leave LFS in ambient/observer mode.
I usually play on TC server; so, far I did this:
1) Shift+F - removes game's UI elements (e.g. map) - this option works great!
2) Shift+I - it removes inSim elements - but all elements reappear after a couple seconds.
3) I can't find an option to adjust transparency for clocks/gauges and all the text in the chat.
4) Can't find an option to completely hide the in-game chat messages.
