I run lapper 6.0.1.1 on a local host with multi language is it possible to send the message and commands to the player in his language?

How thus lfs control the sound generated in the game ?

Ihost a dedicated server on a private LAN , and i am trying to get the program racemanager to work with it .
the program reponse is alway's :
cant delete username uniq ID
altough theire is no one connected .
