I'm having trouble understanding how the helmet came off. I understand that one of the two that hit him hit his neck but I thought they made the strap extremely resistant so that the helmet never pops out...

And Juzaa, maybe Vettels car was set up in a way that he can attack the curbs more than Button? I'm just saying it might not be as clear cut as you seem to make it sound. If the way Vettel was driving it was quicker in Buttons car, surely his engineers would know and tell him to change his line...

Lol its a racing incident. They both did play a part in it. It seems like Hamilton wasn't paying attention to what was going outside and slowly moved towards the left before his mark to turn right and at the same time there is that slight smooth turn in by Kobayashi for a bit there.

Ahhhh, well I still think team orders would've helped more if they let Webber by. A 1-2 in the WDC and a win in the WCC looks better than a 1-3 imo.
