Use a displacement map like I did, it actually generates a new 3d mesh based on your image, not just shadows/highlights like a bump map.

You probably have no idea how much time and effort it takes to make even a simple believable animation. Noone would ever make a decent one for free for someone else. You might as well try it on your own, believe me, it's fun.
