I made a replica of the Speedsource Mazda RX-8s that run in the KONI Challenge series here in the USA for the XRT.

This is by far the best skin I've ever made (not saying much) but I'm pretty happy with it. Let me know what you think of it

EDIT: I think it would be awesome to see a skilled skinner do this car, since my pathetic attempt was simply out of a desire to drive the car in LFS

I've been getting back into LFS and found to race online I need to have Version S2 X. I read through how to get it and found that it should give me an auto-update when I try to connect to multiplayer. However, my game is not doing this. I was told if I'm using Vista, I need to be an administrator on my computer, but I don't have Vista. Just normal old Windows XP. I was hoping someone could help me with this problem. I have done things to my game, such as given different cars different headlights, taillights, brake-pad colors, little things like that. And also updated the smoke and dirt textures to look better. Is that the problem? I can give more info if you need it to diagnose a problem. All I get is an error connecting to the master server, and three reasons why there was a problem. I've checked those reasons multiple times and none of them are the true problem. Do I have to pay for S2 X? I got the impression it was a free update.

Colorful Nice

Two fictional FXO skins, Monster Racing and some little design I made up. Monster Racing is public, please change the number on it though. (You'll see "T2" on the side, it stands for Touring 2)

Here are 3 skins I created and 1 skin I kinda tweaked. I inverted the colors of the black McGill Racing FOX so that it's white with black instead of black with white. (You'll see "FC" on a couple of them, it stands for Formula Continental)

Here are a few little simple skins I did for the XFG. Two fictional, one from a real car I've seen, all public (not on LFS World), please just change the number on them. (You'll see "SSC" on them, it stands for Showroom Stock C)

Hi, I'm looking for skins for a team of 4. Don't worry, its simply changing detail colors of one basic scheme. The cars are the Team Unitech Racing Nissan 350Z's. They come in four colors:

Black/Green on Silver

The logos on the side of the cars are all the same, and they are as follows:
-StopTech on the hood
-Injen, Airgas, Stoptech, and Eibach on the lower rear fender
-Koni (on the Black/Yellow) or Chase Properties L.L.C. on the other three on the upper rear fender
-Grand-Am logo, "GS" class logo and Sunoco on the lower front fender
-Hoosier on the upper front fender

Please remove all Nissan/Nismo logos and replace them with Performance "Racing" on the side (as apposed to "Nissan") and remove Nismo logos completely. Also, these cars are from 2 or 3 different years and have the same numbers (13 and 33). Please replace two of the four numbers with 23 and 03.

Also, there is a Silver/Orange slash on Black, with all the same stuff. If you want, make it No.3 and just change colors

These don't have to be really good, or private, just something for us to race with and look for real PM me or use this thread. Thanks a lot!

Maybe it's the "quality" computer I have...darn Celeron processors.

1) They slow my computer WAY down.
2) They don't work as well with Paint Shop Pro (which is what I have)

Here's a fictional Pennzoil skin for the FOX. A quicky, about 30 minutes, I like the end result. I'm an extreme beginner, so I can't go from body panel to body panel yet (bad at lining lines up )

The first is the FZ5 and the second is the FZR. The FZR is the same as the FZ5, so the front airdam is red. Feel free to use on- and off-line.

Here's my first skin (that I'll admit to making ). It's a replica of the Will/Wayne Nonnamaker Porsche 911 GT3 Cup car in the Grand-Am Cup series. The skin in the background is a skin courtousy of Dajmin of a Pontiac Firebird from the Grand-Am cup series. A Grand-Am skin pack may be coming soon. Hey, I need a skin for an online FOX league I'm racing in. Sadly, I can skin any car fairly well except the FOX and F08. This is a simple skin, the SpeedSource RX8 in the Rolex GT series. It shouldn't be hard to adapt to the FOX, and I would think it shouldn't be hard to do. Here's the car
