Just wondering if it was some setting I've set (wouldn't have a clue which one though, btw) or a problem with the forum, but it's the second time it's happened.

The threads in which I've posted (subscribed threads list) has been wiped again. I find this quite annoying as I cannot keep track of the threads I've recently posted in. As I've said this is the second time this has happened and I have certainly not wiped my list, so is there a problem with the forum?

I do not know but I guess maybe it is something to do with a thread in which you posted a link to cracked software.

We of course received more than one post report about your link, and a moderator removed your post. I do not know how this affects your list.

We obviously do not support cracked software, LFS or anything else and the forum users know that. If you follow the forum rules we will receive less post reports and your posts will not be deleted.

What a numpty I was.

All's fair enough with that, but I've had a few posts deleted before without issue - I've been posting around here for a couple of years and I had no issues with the subscribed folders list until last month. Is it posisble to restore my list from a forum backup to yesterday or something?

It was actually your ban earlier today that caused the issue as far as I can tell. Unfortunately the ban didn't stick due to some glitch and I suppose it wiped out your list. You also received a short term ban a week or so earlier which must have had the same effect.

The offending post was removed by myself and is not a forum issue. The underlying problem is actually a behavioural issue which I trust you will endevour to remedy in the very near future.

Wow, it is kind of sad that you seem to take a ban as nothing quite out of order. It kinda got the vibe of "well my last ban didn't cause this problem, please try to fix this issue so I keep my subscription list the next time I'm banned, kthx!".

I had one ban when I let my mouth run faster than my brain. For that I'm sorry for that - It still happens but normally it's not when I'm insulting someone. You seem to have a problem with me (understandable, I guess), but maybe you need to accept people (up to a point) for who they are.

I don't really have a problem with you per se (otherwise you'd already have joined the others on my ignore list ) - I would've had the same reaction if your words came from anyone else - it just kinda seems like you're going through a pretty bad phase lately, at least I never noticed your posts in a particularly bad way before, other than being a little direct in stating your opinion. Not that my assessment matters in any way, though, so I'll shut up now.
