FACT: A "Mr K" - A gentleman of Asian extraction was reported for numerous racist comments, abusive gestures with direct racist motivation, and racially-motivated acts of aggression. It took 7 months to get him sacked because of this.
FACT: "Mr D" - A White Anglo-Saxon Protestant, was overheard to mutter the phrase: "Stupid P**i" when carved up by an Asian taxi driver...he was summarily dismissed within 30 minutes. (Fortunately he was reinstated after appeal. and the fact that 99% of the company was ready to go on strike over this..INCLUDING all of the Asian drivers!)
I rest my case.
