Uh-oh, looks like Tristan has caught the flu already
Quote from Madman_CZ :well eating less chicken will make the risk of getting avian flu lower. .... id be worried eating in places like Burger King and McDonalds where they might not cook it properly

mad

Uh, as it is now, the average person can walk through a whole chicken farm infected with the virus and not catch it, the people that caught it, worked extensively with birds in some way or another for quite some time. The problem
ain't how much chicken to eat, but what if the infected person got a strain that could travel from human to human. that's the problem.

And as far eating at mickey d's or Burger King, LOL the stuff they pass off as "chicken" is mechanically separated feet and beaks, bleached, chunked and vacuum-formed to "perfection". I imagine any flu virus would be an improvement in the overall quality.

LOL If you ate infected chicken and did catch the virus, would eating a burger from a cow with Mad Cow Disease cancel it out and cure you?
LOL what a start to the day, great post, cheered me up
