Quote from Bob Smith :Can they give it to me if he doesn't win? Honestly, I'd appreciate it more. I could rag it until it ran out of fuel, sell it, buy a house, and throw a big party.

I would cherish it more.
Quote from Jakg :TBH i don't think he'd like it that much - I remember an F1 driver (can't remember who it was) who owned a tiny little hatchback because nothing on the planet (even supercars) felt remotely fast compared to his "company car".

So, he should give it to me!

*beavers off to save up cash for insurance*

I think that could have been Damon Hill. Michael Schumacher also drove a Ford Escort Estate in his first year of F1 racing, but quickly replaced it with a Bugatti EB110.

"If a McLaren race driver’s incentive is to win a McLaren at the end of the season, is a Red Bull driver’s incentive a can of Red Bull? Just a thought." hahah Made me laugh.

Yes and a Force India race driver wins a Medion navigation device.

Looks like Lewis has to wait an other season for this car
It looks like an extremely competitive and unpredictable season so far. Three races with three different winners and seven different drivers on podium!

Last year Hamilton only had to worry about Alonso and the two Ferraris. This year he has to worry about the BMWs too, and perhaps the occasional Williams, Toyota, Red Bull, or even *gasp*... Renault (with Alonso in it, not Piquet).

And check out the points standings now:

01 Kimi Räikkönen 19
02 Nick Heidfeld 16
03 Lewis Hamilton 14
04 Robert Kubica 14
05 Heikki Kovalainen 14
06 Felipe Massa 10
07 Jarno Trulli 8
08 Nico Rosberg 7

Three drivers with 14 points each?! Heidfeld hasn't won a race yet but still coming 2nd. Kimi is awfully fast! Massa is still dangerous.

Not to mention BMW Sauber leading the constructor's championship! *faints*

If he does his job right I doubt he has to worry about toyota's, red bull's or renault's. If he keeps going like bahrain's race... we'll yes. But that is not probable.

isn't it? if you look at the last few races of 2007, and the first few of this year, he's noobed himself almost half the time.
It's early days. Besides, which cars are suited to which tracks looks similar to last year, given that they are doing R and D for next year.. Monaco, Monza, Canada, Valencia and Singapore will probably all be won by a McLaren.
