To run a dedicated server, with no GFX and possibly insim, do you need to have a full S2 license, or can this be run just by downloading S2?

Cheers Guys. Actually its not for me, its for ESL's new Partner, but at present they don't have Live for Speed on there list So I just had to doubly check that this is the case.
