I don't know if it's new but it can be anoying.
When I get outside of south city garage, if i don't go straight I 'm thrown away (some kind of grounded fly to the moon )

I had similar problem leaving the garage...

it's no real bug, just the defined collision hitbox isn't adjusted to the 'now smaller' new textured box of the beam.
i assume that beam was just forgotten, like some other lighting 'bugs' on fern bay.
or what would you say if you drove your whitenosed mrt after the big sandpit up the small hill and no shadows in sight but your carnose gets darkened...

just stay put, these 'bugs' will get attention.
