This may be a known error, but the test patch forum is closed now, so I can't check. This replay from the Inferno site gives me an OOS error after 2 seconds in the replay.

If no, then that is your reason.
Nothing is compatible with Patch Y, except Patch Y.

Just checked, and it's a replay from patch X31. (It was FBM at SO6, so I assumed it would be compatible.) Not compatible with patch Y, apparently.
