I have seen actually such kids IRL, you do know ADHD? Kid that has bad ADHD and has not received proper training to control his behaviour is going to be real disaster if he plays alone some game. Sad thing is that many parents just don't understand why their kid is difficult, sometimes parents are saying it is their fault, when reality is that nobody can make that happen, but lot of people can help to get control to situation, earlier is easier for kid and also to parents.

I don`t know if the bahavoiur of the kid is fake or not.
