Dieselstation doesn't allow hotlinking, it never has, and it never will. What you are asking for however would be merely a grey skin for the XRT, and maybe some headlights. Incase you haven't noticed, a skin is only a texture, we cannot change the way the cars look in LFS (if that is what you want).
