USB port speeds & wheels
I was just testing my USB data transfer speeds with my MP3 player and then I noticed that Sisoftware Sandra (system analyser tool, very useful) shows "Low 1.5 Mbps" for the USB port speed in my MOMO Racing.

As far as I know "High 12Mbps" means USB 1.1 and "Full Speed 480Mbps" USB 2.0. Does this "Low 1.5 Mbps" mean USB 1.0 then?

I understand that a gaming controller doesn't need to transfer huge amounts of data like mp3 players, USB sticks or hard drives but I'm still curious that is it supposed to work as USB 1.1/1.0?

If anyone could check this it could give peace for my mind Download Sisoftware Sandra here, install it. Then go to the "Hardware" page -> double click "Ports" and find your wheel from the USB port list.

ps. I have tested the USB ports data transfer speeds with my mp3 player, so the problem isn't there and I don't think there is a problem in the first place... but I'm just curious why the wheel is working as USB 1.1 or 1.0, it's not so ancient (USB 2.0 was introduced in 2001 or something)
Wheels are really easy, even with Force Feedback. USB 1.0 offers more bandwith than a wheel needs. In fact, most mice/keyboards/wheels are 'low speed' USB devices, which only uses a tiny bit of the max USB 1.0 speed.

do you think that a Momo can generate enough data to max out a 1.5 mbit connection? thats what a lot of people use for their whole internet connection!

Ok, that's pretty much how I thought it.
