WTF!? where is this!!?!?
Tis not a dream...Tis hacking.
People modified the game apparently and have made their own version of maps....hmm.
It's possible to get outside the "normal" confines of some tracks. Hence you get areas like that.
thats not hacking
first part is on the roofs of the buildings at BL carpark
2nd part is off to the side of the highway on a side road
3rd on the main building at BL (which i dont know how to get to)
4th part is in SO Classic at the first turn, just beyond armco, ice ground... it sucks

2 possible things:
1. theyve just put a different background under the cars.
2. someone found out how to edit/create tracks for lfs and did it.
id go with nr.1 as i havent seen any skidmarks when they drove in the "unknown areas".

Those are all normal locations 
XCNuse is right. There are ways to get to those areas. This is nothing new.

just make a start line over there in autocross mode

Its not that hard... just look around in the map and find ways to get out of it!.
I was in one map and then i went to a auto cross one lol!.
It was fun.

You can go pretty much anywhere on the maps. But alot of places are undriveable, ie. there's no floor to drive on. Or the textures dont load so your driving on invisible roads. Nothing new.

This isn't a 'hack' as some silly people said. But people have already explained how to do it. and it REALLY isn't hard at all.

There are more places to get to than just in that movie. I found a few more and was going to make a second video of all the places but I never got around to it. Have a play around yourself :P You'll be amazed where you can get lol
