The online racing simulator

Anyway, all my choices are what I think all the CityDriving people would like.
1) Saloon versions of the XFG, XRG, XRT, FXO and the RB4 available like the open/closed top on the UF1 is.
3) Night. Along with "working" headlights which have different levels of brightness.
2) More cars in the same class with the same-ish handling but styled diffferently.
2) Vans with options (like the open/closed roof is on the UF1) to make them have a high top and/or a long wheelbase. Like the Mercedes Sprinter. Maybe a minivan as well.
3) Lorrys like the Renault Magnum. Maybe with an attachable/detachable trailer?
4) 4x4 suv things...
5) A truck that can attach to other cars and "tow" them without getting stuck in sand? That would be really useful in Carribean Cruise....
6) Police cars with lights on the roof available like the open/closed top on the UF1 is? (But have the lights controlled by a separate key)
7) Adjustable turbo pressure(with louder dump valve :banana

Yeah, and a steam locomotive and a James Bond Esprit that can drive underwater!

BTW the traditional order is "1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9"

But seriously: Night is a good suggestion, a lot of people want that  Lorries, transit vans, tow-trucks, SUVs police cars with lights? Really mate, this is a racing game, not Legoland
and you can't race lorries / SUVs then? of course you can! there is a mini anyway!
Lada 1800l!!!!

the answer is definitely yes - it would be a lot of fun and i'd be happy to provide whatever support they need to make it happen.

Hi,

Ive got a pretty simple question. How would you feel about the possibility of seeing the DP1 advertised in a racing simulation?

I head a team of Sim-Racers based around the Live For Speed Online Racing Simulator, and like to take an active part in the Simulator's community. More specificly I enjoy seeking out new content.

If the idea interests you, please let me know and i will put you in contact withthe developers so that they can faithfully reproduce your car.

Owen Atkin,
Team Principal, Zwarte Wind Racing, USA

Nice going KeiichiRX7
Seems like a cool car, would be nice if something would come out of this
To be honest, I think we should start the DP1 request as a separate thread to gain greater Developer attention.

It's different from the current thread in that the creator fo the vehicle is very interested in seeing it in our community's sim.
I'd like to see some Truck racing. Big Prime movers. That would add a new element. Also love to see some V8 Supercars, some GT cars, some supercars (ie porsche, ferrari etc). Most definitely, a Kart or two.

Ven
nissan silvia s15, 1994 nissan 240sx,1986 toyota celica (AE86), nissan sil 80 ( i know these wouldnt be called the same name because of license purposes but it'll still be cool if cars had different name, same settings
I know this has been mentioned but the RB4 is sooo lonely. we need an RB4 GTR (RBR).

We also need a competeter for the UF1000 maybe a old truck like a 56 chevy

I take it your an S chassis fan? I like you already!
Passed the DP1 email along to the devs via the LFSTech email form on the main web page.

Those that hope for this car, i need a little help. Could someone with a less tired and less cluttered mind please create a new thread specifically for the DP1? its about 6 in the morning and i am absolutely fried from a long night at work
I think we need another car to compete in the big GTR class, something big like a mix of Skyline, VW Passat, CLK or M5, maybe with a big V8 TDi like the 4.2 TDi from Audi with monster torque and low revlimiter. To bring this power on the street it would need AWD i think. We could name it SKR

Then of course the RAC GTR, as a contrary with something like an 10k reving N/A engine

RBR like mentioned

A LXR would be nice too, LX6 with downforce and racetyres, like this

Pocket bikes &KARTS!
Yeah, 150cc, 250cc Karts please
I would like to see the BF1.07, and the BF1.08 the next year, ans so on.

BTW I said that they were suggestions to improve the city driving

Hmm... the "traditional order" is a good suggestion, I will try and use it in future posts

And why can't I dream? I'd love to see loads of artics in the demo drifting around blackwood

I would prefer the BF1.05 with a V10 and more than 900 horse power!
Quote from Maelstrom :I would prefer the BF1.05 with a V10 and more than 900 horse power!

excellent point. the F1.07 is nto fundamentally a different car than the f1.06. It's simply updated.

The f1.05 however was designed to comply with a different set of rules. and is thus a fundamentally different beast.
As crazy as it sounds, a buggati veyron. Faster than f1 cars (i think) equals, win.
The Veyron is definitely faster than an F1 car (you'd hope so with 1000hp and a quad-turbo W16) - but where in LFS-land are you going to find enough room to hit anything close to 407 kph? It sure can't handle like an F1 car either - it would get killed by the Sauber on just about every track in LFS (it might be able to hold its own at the Oval though, or perhaps the dragstrip).

Mods/gods, do you think we could merge this thread with this one, or lock one of them if that isn't practical? They're essentially about the same thing

GOD DAMN I LOVE COSWORTHS!! WOOOOOOOO

frenchy

This gets my vote repeatedly! I had a 520bhp 1987 Moonstone Blue Cossie and loved it to bits.. I'm a Ford man regardless, but would love to see a Cossie and maybe a Mk1 Escort Mexico / RS1600.. would also be good for the rally fans

Got a great vid here of a race at the old Birmingham street track with Rousse et al from back in the day.. seen it many many times but it never gets old, those Sierras are just the dog's danglies!

Ian
Quote from Drift_0k :maybe those RC cars that can drift, while the drivers stand at the pits controlling it.

LMAO! look on ebay for some. They are fairly cheap used, no real need to have them in the game.

I already race these things and if I want to drift one, I pop my 12 turn mod motor in the thing and have fun. The crowd at the hobby shop here gets annoying when I start doing it...
