Did you think of that yourself, or steal it from another forum? If you stole it, it shows our forum is basically no different to any other really.

Edit: Very funny by the way

Seen it before too, been "borrowed" from somewhere else, still reasonably funny though

3/10 for effort, must try harder next time
it's nicked (or is it knicked)? Came across it somewhere on the net a couple of years ago. Still funny and a lot of embarassing truths in it about forum life
I'm sure there's some missing there. Like the half dozen environmentalists who claim to be able to 'fix' the lightbulb so you wouldn't need to change it at all, and the couple who are making sure you're using energy efficient bulbs

Seven to argue that the current standard of light bulbs are not bright enough, three to claim they have "Change the light bulb please" bound to F6, five more to retort that they hate seeing these binds online, and a further random smattering of comments about how this is "political correctness gone mad!" and if they see a dim light bulb they'll gladly smash it...
#7 - JTbo
And where are all of us that throw thread to senseless OT garbage by starting talk about bulbs in cars ?
#8 - nihil
Oh, and it also needs someone to post something long and startlingly illiterate in multicoloured fonts.

More LFS-specific:
At least two people will add that light bulbs are rice, and that only stupid drifters use them. Then one drifter makes it to the scene and feels attacked by being called stupid. He adds that light bulps are actually a pretty good invention, which causes the original two to say that it is thus proven that lightbulps are drifter-rice-stuff and thus continue to flame the drifter for enjoying the benefits of lightbulps.

Oh, and of course that one guy that throws flaming bananas around.

Vain
half a dozen users to state that bulbs are mostly oval, and thus take no skill, only then for a whole team to descend on the thread and state how hard it is really.
#11 - S0ul
then there are 3 people stealing light bulbs from the devs, 15 to ask them for their lightbulb license and 2 forum officers busting them

LOL - a twelve year old to post about wanting a halogen bulb for S3 and a middle-aged man to state that 60W omni-directional bulbs are what LFS is mostly used for and anything else is subjective exhibitionism and not in any way a true lighting method.
And 1 previously perma-banned lightbulb changer to hack back in, ban all the lightbulb changer moderators, declare himself the master lightbulb changer and state "Everything is going to be OK from now on with the lightbulb."
Poor effort, Duke, I was something LFS specific rather than an old cut'n'shut from RSC. Anyway, some nice ideas above, somebody should re-write it.

and then go on for a long debate how the third turn is always the hardest when you screw a bulb into its socket

theres also something missing about the point where someone starts calling everybody else lightbulb nazis
Atleast one user will flame that the whole thread is stupid because no one helps him in his "HELP!!!!!!!!!, MY LIGHTBULB!!!11111" Thread, of course nobody would understand him cause he uses l337 and H4C|<0R§TY|_3, and he will continue his flaming for atleast three pages.

and then someone will come on and say that LFS branded lightbulb suck, due to rather old methods. Then they will claim that RF branded Bulbs will kick LFS bulbs ass. Then it need a few dozens of people to flame the hell outta them

This will eventually leads to flying broken bulp fragments and after month or two nobody remembers original bulbs and everything starts over
Before you know, we'll have a league...
Nah, RF bulbs are made by enthusiasts, but not people who (probably) know anything about light bulb design. So, whilst the outcome is similar (they emit light), they go about it the wrong way, make very poor assumptions, and don't even produce the output in a real-time way.

LFS bulbs for the world.

nKP bulbs blow up upon insertion, and the light switch is in another building.

No, the manufacturer f*cks off the Bahamas after launching a rubbish new line of light bulbs.

RF bulbs also loose illumination effect if viewing angle is anything more than 15 degrees and thus are completely unrealistic
And there's always a couple asking what the point is in re-inventing the lightbulb, when GPL ones from 10 years ago are perfectly fine.
We need to remember the streetracing and tuning fanboys. So the Nissan fanboys would claim that the RB26DETT-Lightbulb has unbelieveably tuning potential and would kickass every other lightbulb on an true 1/4 drag , then the mustang-vette fanboys would start a flamewar cause in their opinion everything a real lightbulb needs is displacement, and while these two groups argue the hell out of each other, the euromembers would eventually point out somewhere in the thread that their lightbulbs could go around corners.
We needed to know how good our lightbulbs were.

Some say his hair is a coiled coil made from tungsten, and that his teeth glow in water... all we know is... he's called the LFS Stig.

Edit: Spelling, not grammar
