Who really wants to drive ~20 laps (a long stint basically) with wrong tyres .

The FXO GTR isn't an F1 car

From the little I've seen of the FIA GTR races the pitstops take a fairly long time with only two wheels being changed at a time and I think fuel isn't allowed to go in while the tyres are being changed.

If it's an incompatible thing maybe it's time to sort the tyre changes, changing a tyre of the XFG have (theorically, how many nuts?) to last more than a GTR (in DTM you get something like F1 pitstop times).

Only a suggestion, probably said before, but I think it's a good moment to do it again now we have a thread like this.

I guess (not sure) that he was moved while having a pitstop, you won't get fuel, but your tyres are changed (if chosen)
