Is my harddisk failing?
my harddisk seems to make a little more noises than usual, and Defraggler spits out this:

looking at the CRC Error Count and the Multizone something, is it time to get a new drive and clone everything before its too late? I don't know if I can trust the GOOD there
Doesn't look that bad to me. You might want to run an extended diagnostic on the drive, some SMART diagnostic values are not updated on the fly.
Well backups is never a bad idea. As for the noise make sure it is the hard drive. I built a new computer half a year ago and first I thought the new hd was already broken becuase it made this clicking sound. Turns out it was one of the fans that soemtimes made a clicky sound exactly like a hd makes.
Boot your system up with Hiren's boot CD, load into the diagnostics and run all of Samsung's tests and that will give a good idea on what to do. It does take a few hours to complete, but it's well worth the wait.
Well, Samsung HD division was sold to Seagate in 2009, seagate HD's are not renown for their long life. It's only a 1TB drive, so replace it, maybe get a SSD for C: and another 1/2 TB hd for D: & E:.
Then just use it as a non important HD for whatever.

Whatever you choose, keep it backed up/imaged and have the cash free for a replacement.

199 - UltraDMA CRC Error Count
The count of errors in data transfer via the interface cable as determined by ICRC (Interface Cyclic Redundancy Check).
I guess this could indicate an error with the drive but could also be caused by a bad cable. Perhaps switch cables and keep monitoring this value.

200 - Multi-Zone Error Rate
The count of errors found when writing a sector. The higher the value, the worse the disk's mechanical condition is.
62 errors in 400+ days doesn't seem horribly bad. But once again, keep an eye on this to see if the value increases.

I wasn't aware that SMART stataus did not updated on the fly. Make sure to follow MadCatX's advice to run a diagnostic tool periodically.

Generally, I'd NEVER trust important data to a single drive, regardless of it's status. If you want to be safe, back it up to a separate drive/location continously. If you want to be able to continue working without any disruptions, get another (or two) drive(s) and configure RAID.

Actually, doesn't Samsung offer 3 years of warranty? In my experience retailers/manufacturers will replace a drive that throws a SMART error (regardless of it's severity). If the values highlighted above increases, create an RMA ticket.

Lastly, here's the status of one of my drives. It also PASSES but it's reportin errors and I don't trust it:
