Hey, I think you did a good job choosing the right scenes and music, also syncing the cuts and effects nicely to the music. When it comes to camerawork I'd like to give you a few ideas that you might want to try out:

- In most shots you used a high field of view (FOV). Personally, I never use more than 20°, rather something around 15° most of the time. The result is that you see more of the car(s) and less of the environment that way. Have a look at 0:46+ and 2:03+ in your video, there you used a low FOV and it looks much different!
- Sometimes you use a static cam and move it to the left and right (e.g. 0:06 - 0:10). I'd suggest to either only move in one direction or not to move it to the sides at all. Instead, you can pan it and/or zoom in OR out using the FOV during a shot (using the keys 5 or 6 I think).
- In general, a low value in the option "View Smoothing" helps you to get smoother camerawork. I like to use the lowest possible value of 0.1s there and then have to play and record my videos at 0.25x speed to get a satisfying camera work.

I hope you find some of these hints helpful! Good vid

Found this pretty newby replay of me trying to learn how to drive in S2 from ~3 years back

This was literally 1st time ever trying to make an edited video and i couldn't have done it without my trusty bottle of alcohol beside me ;D Nevertheless i thought it was good idea to combine me learning the game and trying to edit in the same video.. so yeah, hope you enjoy

Also if there is something you dont like please comment so i hopefully can make it better next time when i take the magic drink :3

AS3 GTR... never forget... ;__;

If you're planning to do more videos I'd advise moving away from WMM, as it doesn't offer anything, compared to e.g Vegas. Also you can hide the chat/timebar by pressing Shift+F the second time, unless you didn't know. Neat little highlight reel though, I have to admit I did smile at that.

Here's a clip I propably haven't posted anywhere but this isn't worth of it's own thread, either.

And two even older gameclips I didn't bother to edit into a proper video, I'll just post them as well.

Alright, i was just trying to find something easy to learn and see how it goes

Yeah i knew the shift + f trick too, but was drunk as hell and i literally noticed the timebars only after it was uploaded

Some pretty nice videos in this thread too!
Shout-out to my mates from D-MaX SunRise! 8-) It really was a blast back in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011..these videos below will tell you the story :P

Your FXR skin looks bit like mine: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3j_rb4QXrlI red with yellow stripe.
Like nikopdr I also advise moving away from WMM and use some other software. Eventually you WILL encounter its limits or some of its bugs so that you can suddendly not save your movie anymore, and then all time & work is lost.

guys I feel sorry to interrupt the thread but... this video is old, (old but gold), the video was called "welcome to LFS S2", I found the original post:

https://www.lfs.net/forum/thread/38320-New-Video-Clip-Intro%3A-Welcome-to-LFS-2

The song used was "the pretender - foo fighters"

but the youtube channel dissappeared, and megaupload we know what happened with megaupload.

my question is, does anybody know where I can get this video? that video inspired me so many times, to the point that I made a promise to myself years ago because I wanted to learn so many tricks in that video and I think my body is ready to fulfill my promise.

I hope you know what video I am talking about since I consider it the BEST VIDEO OF LFS EVERRR.

I remember downloading the video but since my HDD was damaged, and I recovered most of the data, I couldnt find that video.

By the way I just could found 1 reupload from UKONEVA:
