If your answer to all these questions is YES - probably the solution for your problem is my design
You have or you would like to buy steering wheel?
But you have a problem with a convenient location of?
You are looking a stability and stiff construction?
You don't have too much place in your room?
You can't afford expensive sim racing cockpit with race seat?
But you really don't need it, because in the game there arn't any forces involving on your body!
You would like to have something as stability and stiff as cockpit with race seat and small like wheelstand?

Nice one!
Sweet !

Is there a plan or do we get to buy a kit.

Or, down here, do we just get to build from what we see. If there's a kit, are you looking for an Australasian distributer ?
I have a full construction documentation (I'm an engineer constructor by education and worked in the profession):

As you can see on the photos, film and rendering - construction made with simple profiles and plates. Documentation was made for technology in small companies, does not require to the production of expensive equipment - only need: band-saw and welder - of course with suitable instrumentation: grips for welding and drilling templates, we can will significantly reduce the cost of production.
The sheet metal parts can be cut into more and more popular machines: laser, plasma and waterjet.
All depends on how big production we focused.

If you have questions please contact us via private message
If anyone would be interested in buying my prototype and steering wheel (kit as described above), please write to a private message
Too big, way too heavy to move around, not easy to store (not collapse-able). And most of all, all stands suffer from this; you have big metal bars in between the legs and too far away from the screen. Nice try though.
low weight vs. stiffness

construction is screwed together just that it was easy to to store ...

I have a for playing monitor TV FullHD 32", I think it's probably normal for such games ...
The frame structure exploded occupies very little space.
...is a bit of dust, I did not realize it would be so visible on the pictures.
