This is just to let you know to expect some disruptions to the forum server, because we're trying to find the reason for some techincal issues, so the server can be offline for short periods of time every now and then.

Just letting you know so you won't be surprised if you can't load the forum all of a sudden.

I just downloaded an attachment at 27 kb/s. So before the speed was around 1 kb/s - long live progress?

I had before usually around 30-35KB/sec and now its not even better.

I have tried to download several files in MOD section and get around 25KB/sec...what is wrong?
