I have bought some relatively inexpensive, somewhat strong, dark beer, as usual.

Much better than a pair of some gay shoes.

i have to say is OMG!:
Not my last purchase, but once payday rolls around it shall be my next one...

I currently own a PG58, which is just total balls, a horrible mic, but then for 15 quid i didnt really expect too much, i've used an SM58 too as they are pretty much the industry standard, and they are brilliant, and i've also used a beta 58a, no contest, the beta wins hands down, an amazing piece of kit, so thats what it has to be.

I'll also be getting the best quality lead that i can find, as my pet hate, and something that often happens quite a bit too, is you turn up to do a set only to find pretty quickly that the lead is nackered where the XLR plugs into the base of the mic, and you end up doing all sorts of messing about wrapping the lead round your hand and pulling it up at angles in a vain attempt to stop it keep cutting out, thats the most frustrating thing ever, so from now on ill be taking my own mic and lead everywhere i go to play.

I prefer cheap beers. Just because I can have more of them.

Or sometimes I buy Amsterdam Maximator (didn't even see it for sale in Holland), with 11.6% of alcohol. Tastes shit, but three cans are enough to make me somewhat happy.
Sounds you have a problem.

When I have more money, I drink expensive beer in pubs. But most of the time I don't have no money
Four consultations, one course of antibiotics, one anti-inflammatory injection, two ECGs, one ultrasound heart scan, one 24-hour ECG.

For the dog. Current cost approaching £1000. Could've bought two puppies for that!

Gets expensive very quickly. Insurance really should be compulsory if you have a pet dog imo, for a lot of people that sort of vet's fee would be a very difficult decision, and the poor dog is the one that suffers.
got it myself too...pretty quick phone.
rarely see a loading screen

I agree. He is covered, and I can't imagine the claim will be a problem, so we can get on with worrying about the dog.

We haven't had the results of the 24hr ECG yet but our practise has a cardiac specialist who's been doing the diagnosis so no doubt he'll know what the best treatment is. He's definitely got chronic atrial fibrillation though, which is commonly a symptom of boxer cardiomyopathy, and when the AF is as obvious as it is in my dog it means the disease is the most serious kind. Hopefully I'm wrong.
Still looks better than an iPhone.
Then, I suggest your next purchase be
One of these

And one of these
I laugh when the only thing that anyone buying an Android phone seems to be able to state is the specs. Specs are hugely irrelevant if the OS and user experience is shit.

Hence why there are more people in the world using Android.

Just because the majority do something, doesn't mean it's better.

Look at Windows.

Having used both iOs and Android devices, I would never ever consider buying something running iOs. It might be sleek, but compared to Android, it just feels so restricitive.
I don't know what people are doing on their phones. I've not felt "restricted" from doing things since iOS 5. I could see if you were trying to write PHP and use git to push code to Github how an iPhone wouldn't be very awesome for that... but short of "herp derp, lets use a terminal on my phone to run commands on my phone" I don't see many things that I'd care to do on my phone, that my iPhone can't do. Maybe the only way iOS is restrictive is it doesn't let you install malicious things from the official app store. I can see that being such a bad thing.

But hey, if a platform where downloading an application to harvest your data and make 1-900 calls sounds great. I guess Android is a good choice.
Never had any problems with android (except i can do the hell i wan't with my phone), but meh.... if dave says so, it must be!

Oh,really? So how long do you need to change ringtone? And I mean to some custom one and not some original phone one. (for example on my android I have to do 4-5 touches and pick a file from list, hit accept and it's done)
For someone, who's so much against iRacing, you're unbelievably addicted to this brand slavery thing with bitten apple on it. :P

Anyway, back on topic: today I bought one of these...

(yes,I know,I should clean my panel)
