Anything incorrect or missing? Let me know though PM.
Thanks for the good thread.

With the new car and the much improved talent pool, GP3 will be one of the highlights this year.

Although it is not listed here F3 Open will be one to watch too, they've been attracting pretty good grids lately.
Good grids, but questionable talent compared to other championships.
GP3 has a very talented grid this year. With many GP2 and WSR 3.5 "rejects" or basically those without the funding to get there racing its going to be a championship that could go to anyone of 7 drivers, can't wait to see that. GP2 does seem a little weak once again with the line up and WSR 3.5L still seems the best feeder grid. Any lower than Gp3 seems to have died tbh with the exception of Formula Renault NEC.
Just coming back from Silverstone, I have seen the new formule Renault 2.0, looks to be a really nice car. FR2.0 still have plenty of car/championship but quite agree with you James, FF seems to have die but I'm quite curious of what this ecoboost and this F4 car will do. F4 seems to have rised some unthusiasm, hopefully that can become the first step between go kart and FR2.0
Jann Mardenborough has been given a drive with Carlin racing for F3 Euro Series. Pretty good stuff from the GT Academy winner.

Everyone seems pretty pumped for the new Formula Ford, but it's a tad pricey
I think it's great with Jann!

About Formula Ford.. I did some price checks as a while ago I actually had some budget and you can do Renault NEC for cheaper so why bother?
Too much sow in Aragon for WSR tests

Just realized ART GP cars aren't wearing any Lotus livery anymore :o

Yes, they've also dropped the Lotus name too.

PS: Why is Karl banned?

Something to do with the swaztika that was in his avatar iirc
at gp3 this year its trident (because of David Fumanelli) vs koiranen (beacouse of aaro and korjus) vs MW arden (they have very good trio there) thats just what im thinking (and maybe ART they have pretty decent triplet to)
Oh, you can always count on ART for being in the hunt. Keep in mind that they're yet to be defeated in the teams' championship in GP3.

I think Niederhauser at Jenser will be a bit of a dark horse, especially if there's a few wet races.
yea Niederhauser is pretty decent driver and when u look at those dry times, he isnt slow there either.
Would put my money on ART at these is a brand new car and they have always been the best at getting the best of a car the fastest.
Talking about ART, they are coming in FR2.0 in partnership with R-ace GP

Great :/ where they wouldnt be yet (oh yea f1 )
Still missing in 3.5 and Auto GP

Well wouldn't be surprise to see that ART Junior Team in WSR next year ^^ Still talking about Fred Vasseur, Dallara have announced his involvement in Spark Racing Technology Formula E project.
i thought they were on auto gp forgot totally about WSR3.5
ART to pull out of GP2 and move into WSR fully one imo
Quote from vipex123 :ART to pull out of GP2 and move into WSR fully one imo

could be possible as gp2 isnt anymore that high with potential as wsr3,5 is... i think only matter of time.
Dallara... Now that's another name you see about everywhere.

Weren't there talks about a possible F1 entry a few years ago?

i think still is... maybe if that new hrt teams follower wont get team up :/

Hmm, this was IIRC when Mosley announced the budget cap(which was later scrapped).

Starting a proper F1 team from scratch is near impossible today with no budget cap, and I really don't see ART risking their whole operation over an half-baked F1 ego-trip, really not their kind.

But if one day a restrictibe budget cap come back into play(and I do belive it's a necessary step, although the big spenders will not agree and will most likely play hard-ball until it gets adopted), then who knows.
Or customer cars. Like the old days.
