The driver of car 29 (N I K I/N. Đaković) has been excluded from the remainder of the event for multiple avoidable contacts; the car will only be allowed to continue after their pitstop if another driver from the team takes over.

Deko add: There was no reply from anyone to represent Car 29 in IRC after two requests; Car 29 will be assessed the proper penalty for failure to have an IRC representative.

Brief Description of Incident: After mistake from CoRe PRO car, #08 is going inside because there is enough room to do that without contact. Suddenly #33 is changing his line. That's ok, because GenR PRO still has enough room to keep going inside without collision, #33 changes his line for 2nd time and keep closing the door. It was really agressive and unnecessary move. Warning to Car 25 for unsafe rejoin from an incident. A small allowance has been granted due to the just burst tyre which may have caused some unexpected behaviour.

The DSQ will cover this incident. Also the DSQ was reviewed and further actions were considered, however we decided to not levy additional penalties, but will continue to monitor this driver.

Car 16 - Stop-Go Penalty converstion (24 seconds added), causing an avoidable incident



Restart tyre warming:
Cars 13, 33, and 77 were found to be continuing to tyre warm at point(s) after the Safety Car In This Lap Signal went out. Tyre warming is to stop at this point. Those three teams are issued a Warning for that conduct.

Car 77 issued a 5-point penalty for unauthorized spectating from on track.

Car 98's qualifying driver did not attend the race. We were notified of that possibility before the race and granted the waiver as allowed by the regulations. Driver J. Meade was having technical difficulties which were not resolved in time. No Penalty.

No 75% rule violations.

Qualifying Skin/Number plate penalties:
Car 42 - Incorrect number plate (was blank) - 4 joins with blank; 4-point deduction
Car 70 - Incorrect number plate (said "Gonzales") - 4 joins with incorrect; 4-point deduction
Car 29 - Incorrect number plate (said "Thunder") - 3 joins with incorrect; 3-point deduction.

Race Skin / Number plate penalties:
None.
