Loaded this layout to the game, and i started below the map and everything is above me...is this some sort of glitch on my end or yours?

on yours, are you using z30?

No im using z28, thats probably the problem right?

Yes, these layouts require Z30 test patch Z30 or higher. Ray should mention that in the first post, though.
