There's gonna be some for sure IMO. You will find one on justin.tv or maybe the official site, I don't know. I have ESPN America HD, but I have no idea if they're gonna broadcast it there. I think I heard something about ESPN 3, but not sure.
For a non-US viewer like me this is excellent news because of the streaming at alms.com.
It's yet to be proven how it actually works but currently it sounds like it will be actually geo-blocked in US (how ironic, but apparently ESPN wanted exclusive US rights). Check out the wording the link given by Drift King CZ, "If you're outside of the US and...". This was changed yesterday. Previously it was supposed to be available "everywhere".
And this streaming is not only for Sebring. in addition all of the races will be archived on the website.
Maybe something changed that I didn't realise then. The converter shows you to be correct, I think normally it's a 5hour difference, maybe someone hasn't set their clocks one way or the other yet :P Probably the UK. If I'm right it goes to BST when UK moves forward an hour.
Its definitely not. When its connection lag the stream usually stops every now and then.
But now, it looks like it skips every other frame and the whole stream jumps around... Not much, but enough to make it very annoying and hard to watch.
Plus like I said last years stream of Laguna Seca was better quality, and smoother, and I was able to play it completely fine without any hicups.
