If I were you I'd take off this HDRI image, you can't see the real skin, it looks like a design, not a reflection.

How do You render the skins? Are You using CMX Viewer, or just bend the skin to a real car, overlay the original bodywork? Or everyone uses 3d programs to render the skins?
