Session: Race
Lap AND Timecode: Lap 32 - 53:50 onwards
Cars involved: 69 + 61 + (90 was there, but not involved in the tomfoolery)
Brief Description of incident: Car 61 fell off the racetrack under safety car, and car 90 slowed on the side of the racetrack. Car 69 then went around the stationary or slow moving cars (as I have been told I can do many times by Mr Palmer). Car 61 then retakes the position he lost under safety car.

Session: Race
Lap AND Timecode: Lap 33 - 55:20 onwards
Cars involved 69 + 61
Brief Description of incident: Same as previous report, car 61 lost control and spun under safety car conditions, then proceeded to retake the positions lost.
Session: Race
Lap AND Timecode: lap 30(31 according to LFS), from 50:30 to 52:30
Cars involved: 21, 32, 40, 61, 90, 91
Brief Description of incident: During the first lap of the only Safety Car period of the day, car #91, currently in 2nd position, takes an unnessecary slow pace, blocking the cars behind him and eventually creating a 6 cars train before anyone has caught the Safety Car.

The gap between #92 in the lead and #91 in 2nd was 20.6 seconds a few seconds after the Safety Car was officially deployed, it increased of roughly 24 seconds in 1 lap, to get to 45 seconds at the pit-entry line at the end of lap 30. This allowed #92 to make its compulsary pitstop and rejoin the track in front, which probably wouldn't have been possible if #91 had followed the same pace than #92 under Safety Car. We think #91's behaviour under Safety Car has had without any doubt a big of influence in tonight's race, therefore we feel that it should be investigated by the admins.

No penalty. The rule is vague, but the official interpretation is that all cars should slow to a pace below race pace, but above Safety Car speed in order to catch the queue, and then slow safety to SC pace when in sight of the SC queue.

The rule will be amended prior to the next round to clarify expectations.
