I drive with the kba nd mouse and suddenly, as soon as I turn, the cursor appears in the game.
It's extremely annoying. I've been playing for years and it's never happened so i don't see what I could have done...!?

I'm sure the solution is very simple...

Usually it appears when u have the player list on right bottom corner, try using N - should work.

Also try to press SHIFT+Z.

Can also apply if server host using LFSLapper insim, when there's a button on screen that's waiting for you to click to do something.

If none of the above solves you problem, you might also consider updating your graphics drivers.
