I'd like to organise the 2010 Dutch karting meeting for the LFS community.
I've been looking around for some good things a little bit to the south of the country.
And I found a few tracks:
Outdoor Circuit Landsard Veldhoven:

The interesting arrangement with this circuit would be:
Arrangement 24:
Training
3 heats karting
Final
Saté buffet (standard)
Price: € 43,00 per person
That's an average price for 5 heats karting and a small dinner afterwards.
Also the circuit is really fun, and the karts are pretty good.
Good points of this one:
Average price.
Easy to reach (very close to the airport of Eindhoven, where u can come by bus which you take at the Eindhoven Station which is reachable from many sides of the country via train.)
Fun Track
Bad points of this one:
You probably need at least 20 drivers in order to do this arrangement.

The best arrangement with this track would be:
RENAULT € 62,50 per person. minimal 8 persons
All drivers will be welcomed by the track staff
Briefing
Training 10 minutes
Qualification 10 minutes
Final 10 minutes max. 15 drivers
Award reach out for the best 3 drivers
Diner
* For the diner you can choose between standard barbecue or raclette.
That's quiet a high price, but you get some good food. (you have to pay drinks)
This track is awesome and the karts are pretty even.
Good things about this one:
Very good track (even has an oval turn, and is 2 floors big)
The podium gets a small awards.
Good food after karting.
Only 8 persons needed for an event.
Bad things about this one:
Pretty highly priced.
Only 3 short heats of karting.
Minimum age of 16 in order to drive the track.
These are the 2 tracks that I would want to organize a Dutch LFS karting event on.
Myself I don't care so much which of these 2 it would be, but maybe you do. That's why I want to know which track you would like.
Please answer this question with either Karting Landsard or Karting Hezemans.
Also I would like to know who would want to come and who can.
I want to do this event in the beginning of the Summer vacation of 2010.

How does this work?
Well previous year the organisator found out that not having let people pay before the event, was a serious mishap.
That's why if it will happen people will have to pay the money before the event in order to compete.
