It works but you got to try and try many times.
I am downloading it but was on it about 15 minutes ago.

Doesn't matter if I change my IP because it goes through the same proxy somewhere between me and RS, which always reports me with a wrong IP

It takes waaay too long (for my patience anyway) to find fast proxies to use with downloads so RS is not an option for me.
