Today I bought a new bike. Some company went bankrupt, so I got a really nice bike for only 280 EUR! I'm so proud
Citroën BX 19 GTI, from 1988... sadly it's just the 8 valve version, but no catalytic converter so it moves quickly enough
I replaced my cat with a straight through pipe and switch on MOT day shhhhh!

Hehehe, My friend's dad fitted an air filter and Bluefin to their ST170, giving it an extra 7-9 BHP (according to my friend) and when they had to get something fixed in their car by ford, they did the same thing
this is a bit imbarrasing but my dad drives a 53 jeep cherokee and my mon drives a polo
Parents: Ford Mondeo TDCI 2.0L 130HP
Brother-in-law: Ford Mondeo 2.0L (so the same without turbo)
Sister: Ford Fiësta
Me: Probably gonna get an old Escort or Focus, something like that, I'll tell in about 4-5 months
Wife's car as i don't drive although i help pay for it. Maybe if i decide to learn one day i'll give it a proper going over

Ford Family!
I have a 2005 Vauxhall Astra SXi 1.6 in blue. Great little car!

Here is my car. A 2005 Dodge SRT-4 ACR

Nice little car, 30 MPG, skidpad has to be near maita range and it sits 5 very comfortably =)

Did I mention 0-60 in less than 6 seconds and 1/4 mile times in the high 13's =) Not bad for a car bought new with extened warrenty and ACR packaging for less than 25k USD. Everything you see is factory, including the BBS rims.

But... does it actually, go round corners??? Or is it like all other american cars?

ohh yeah it does, my cousin has a 99 z28 and I walk away from him. THe stock skidpad is .88 with the ACR I get bigger tires and I can adjust my shock rates with stiffer sway bars. I think it's close to the Mazda Miata. Porshe Carra 4 is about the same, I am just FWD.

That's a suprise!!

Well, even if it didn't go round corners... It DOES look good!

Lol I was typing exactly the same thing, but couldnt be bothered to get into an 'American cars dont handle' argument.

Agreed though does look very nice

Would be nice lowered if you were considering modifying

TY, yeah it's a nice suprise =) Though people still say it's JUST a neon.( which by the way there is almost nothing on the car that is a neon besides the chassis and the 1/4 panels, the rest is all SRT-4)

http://www.lfsforum.net/showthread.php?t=5754 On page 4 is a pic of the SRT-4 Power curve. I searched for years, no other 4 cylinder I could find produces this kind of power figures, IMO perfect for road circuit racing.

they do look nice lowered, but it comes tokico adjustable struts and I would have to find a replacement because lowering it would change how the shock would work at least thats how I see it. besides I lower it and I ruin the nice ride I have, this thing rides so nice, it's stiff but it's not harsh( like the camaro) and you can drive all day in the car ( drove 15 hours in one day in it from florida to Wisconsin, only problem I had was staying awake =P)
^Wow...ACRS are quite hard to find; most people just go for the SRT-4.

Hehehe, at first i thought it was a standard neon with diff wheels but it's actually a 2.4 Turbo... compared to the standard neon's 2.0... I like the SRT's... The Ram is OMG!!! Amazing!! The sound!! lol
yeah it does =) 2.4 turbo, 14 pounds of boost, and a limited slip differential to name a couple things =P

The only cars that i've been in which have proper power are:

This Impreza my dad test-drove for a day to see what 4WD was like to get ready for our order of our really unreliable X-Type 3.0 Sport

And... My dads' friends' 996 Porsche Turbo with the added performance upgrade (i think)

I've never been in a, let's say, highly modified car i.e. 600+ BHP
hey, amercinan cars can't go around corners! try the GT40 in GT4.
But ford is something completely different, ford rules
It really does, you can get the top version of the mondeo, wich has enough power to have a nice drive, enough comfort to fall asleep, and luxuery is no problem either... For that price you have the lowest, step-in BMW with half the options

When you say AMERICAN CARS, do you mean all american cars?? When i said american cars i meant the ones actually made in america and are standard i.e. the old cadillacs etc... It's a bit harsh saying that all american cars are unable to go round a corner...

*phew*!!

But it's a FORD!!! A FORD!!! It's not a DRIVER'S car, it's literally a CAR whereas BMW make the M5 and various other great cars... the M5 does 0-60 in 4.5 seconds!!! that's supercar times! And it's a SALOON!!!!
