Kimi to Drive in WRC Finland rally.
... this can't go well. No gravel rally experience = crash.
He's participated in a couple of snow rallies and at least one tarmac one before this. Hopefully he won't crash out in the home rally..

He'll crash
Nice stuff Kimi. Even though it's only slower class FWD car (Fiat - Ferrari relationship I'd say).
I think he won't crash, he's too experienced for that, even he is always pushing for win and only win
He's got my support for sure.

GO-GO-GO Kimi \o/
Quote from Tukko :He'll crash

I think you might be right. He'll get annoyed that he's nowhere near the pace of the front runners and try too hard, then quickly run out of skill (experience). If he gets through day one without going off the road I'll be impressed.
I'm sure he won't have any trouble with the driving, but driving by notes and doing them is the hard part he is still learning. It's good for Kimi that he has a true professional co-driver in the car. It's a challenge no doubt, but how awesome is that from Ferrari to let him drive these rallies!
Quote from JPeace :hopefully, although i admire kimi,he is a bit of a cockrell now.

Hopefully? Not hard to tell who's the cockrell.

Actually it's 4WD car, without turbo http://www.s2000rally.com/abarth-punto-s2000.php

I think that will be the problem for Kimi here.. he's too eager to win As talented racer he is for sure, but first time on those topspeed gravel roads against some guys who have been driving there for years.. it will be too much for him.

Here's one of my favourite rally clips just to give you a clue what I'm talking about: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=adeg-Ec0V9Y

4 times World Champion Juha Kankkunen on a rainy Rally Finland stage with Escort WRC.. just crazy
His latest rally he attempted (couple months back?) he crashed.

Wont be surprised if he did again.....
He gonna crash and start to search for some ice cream in garage.
Oh he'll be fine, it's only a 3 day rally Kimi has to stay off the sauce that long for Grand Prix weekends already.

He might crash into the ice cream van...

I think so that the saying of Finnish peoples' English is poor may not be quite far of the reälity.
Kimi will have a crash. Rally Finland is very fast and difficult for new riders.
I'm not so sure he will bin it, he has plenty of experience on gravel thanks to Ferrari's terrible season so far.

Omg you all have a lot of experience at rallying and driving! He's gonna crash! Hell yeah!

Oh my. You've just uncovered that all internet forum users aren't experts as it would seem.

You, sir, must take your words back. Otherwise the internet will get destroyed as no one will ever again believe what we say to be the pure, absolute truth!

can you imagine the fuss if he crashes and breaks a leg ? or maybe that's what ferrari is hoping for ?

(don't really mean that and hope nothing happens to him, but it makes you wonder what would happen )

Ferrari don't care as long as he is driving a Fiat.

Since there is no mid season testing anymore the drivers just get huge breaks now, which imo is good as usually they would only get about a week free in a whole F1 season.

I think Ferrari is simply doing their best to get rid of him once and for all.

"Here Kiemi, triez tiz mama made pizzaria - don't mind de smells like almondz - after thatte we goes to surf with sharkzie!"

(Almonds = cyanide)

Thinking the same.. well just need to wait what gonna happen
