how does uploading skins cost money.? u mean everytime u upload a skin it cost money

Having your skin hosted by LFSW and downloaded automatically is a non-demo, licence feature. It is not available to demo racers.

It is NOT acceptable to attempt to side-step the LFS developers' licencing restrictions by requesting to have your skin uploaded by a licenced racer.
