After another hard fought race in the GTAL (Grand Touring Amateur League), Experion Racing drivers Jack Ward and Chris Wilkinson drove their way to a dissapointing, but well fought, 8th position.

After qualifying 10th, Jack pulled his way up to 8th in the first 20 minutes, before a server crash and red flag restarted the race. The restart proved even better for Jack, and after 1.5h at the wheel, ERT were in a commanding 3rd position.

Chris Wilkinson soon took over, and drove his first stint well, holding onto the 3rd position. Then, with 20 minutes to go, disaster struck. After a backmarker crashed through the tyrewall, Chris tried to take advantage of the gap, only for the tyres to respawn directly infront of him.

In the last 20 minutes, Chris quickly reeled in Team UER, but time ran out before he could take 7th position back.

You counted out the Guest team and DMT #14? i dont know if you should count Guest team out Its 9th place IMO and for us 12th

Nice work lads, shame about those bloody tyres, was watching the race on remote, some very competetive times put in by both of you.

I've had a few people ask me if ERT had a website actually, and it was a bit awkward 'cos I didn't know the address, ah well sorted now.
