i installed a new graphix card yesterday,
i had 50 fps than it dropped to 2, then it got back to 50, it does that al the time, only not on the parking lot.

anyone pleasse help

You could be running out of memory on the card, try switching the textures / skins to low quality, compressed in game settings.

Here are some hints I posted a while ago to help increase FPS for older graphics cards.

• Most importantly Dynamic LOD reduction should be as high as possible... 1.00
  
• Turn of all AA and AF
  
• Lowest resolution you could go to is 800x600

Regardless you won't have a great experience with that card. But your problem is odd, and I think it has nothing to do with GFX settings, if it's actually running at 50fps one second and 2fps the next. Sounds like an over heating issue to me. But I guess it wouldn't hurt to take the advice you've gotten so far, good luck. If the problem persists, clean your computer out and make sure your fans are working. Also you can download a program called HW Monitor, that will give you temps in real time, and fan speeds. DL it, leave it running while you play, exit the game, adn have a look at the HWMonitor and see what temps you hit, and you'll know if you're over heating. GL
