Select the car.
top of your bar, click Group and then exploding.
Importing: do with top of your bar file then import find your model you want to import.

By selecting that I only can edit the wheels
I want to delete spoiler and all car parts divided 
Right mouse click - Convert to editable Poly 
What can i do with that?
Maybe learn 3D max?
Lol, that seperates all the cars polys so you can modify your car poly for poly
