Burnout Paradise City
I hear this is being released on PC this week...was apparently a BIG hit on the consoles...anybody getting it for PC or have it on console can give me their views please?

I might grab a demo version and "reload" it...if you know what I mean
Big hit?
i've never heard of it o.O
Burnout paradise is sooo last year. But I'd still recommend getting it. Loadsa fun takedown people online when they don't expect it!
ace game, loved it (ps3) especially playing online and seeing your uncles face when you take him down!
its out if you go to EA Store.
Hm... all these new games out.. no money to buy them. :sadbanana

Its pretty awesome, i had the ps3 demo.
Was great fun, spent loads of hours on it.

Although i do remember one thing.
When you takedown people online if they have a camera connected it takes a picture of them, doing an angry face or whatever.
But i remember taking one person down and when the picture flashed on my screen he had stood up and had his trousers down

lol about the guy in the pic, when i heard about it i wondered what sort of things could end up hapening, if i did it ide point the camera at something else like a sign or something lol ill let your imagination run with that one
It's a lot of fun on the consoles, not sure how it would work on PC though

what the
I've played a couple of the other Burnout games and found them to be great fun for a while, but they seemed to get old fast. I lost interest before I ever 'completed' a game.

Good for a lark, though. On a console probably great for a drunken gathering of friends.

Ouch, don't get much worse than that.
lol!!!!! burnout porn!! free!!!
Just tried the demo.

Incredibly annoying amount of signups before you can play, and the game itself I found very, very dull. I think it's because I'm a 'serious' racer, but I just don't find doing 5000mph *constantly* with pretty much no need to slow down at all fun.

Plus, as far as I could work out, you can't quit - I had to ctrl-alt-del and use the task manager to get it to close.
its about 200mph, not 5000!!! (^.^)
i find burnout very dull too.. i bought it for xbox 360 and my total time playing it is like 3 hours and ive had it for like 2 months.

Press [ESC], then [F2], then [F2] and you'll reach the game menu, when you can change graphics, audio, gameplay, and exit the game. It took me a few seconds to notice, there are two buttons on the menu screen top left flashing "F1" and "F2", so I pressed and realised these buttons changes through menus

That's strange because I didn't have to sign up for anything

I agree, going so fast constantly isn't any fun at all, but I kind of like this game, even though graphics are very cartoonish too. I really prefer Burnout 3 Takedown, graphics were much better and more realistic IMO, but since there's just Paradise for PC, that's what I purchased.
i have burnout 3 and love t to death, same with paradise.

What are you trying to say? The Burnout series have to be one of the best arcade racing games out on the market!
Quote from asbjoern :no need to post that, he wont get it anyway

Ahhhhh, but it's simple english. He might have a chance.
i have the game for the PC (Burnout Paradise The Ultimate Box) and its amazing the damage would be great if it was on LFS and online is awsome too tho you can only have 8 people on a sever at once.
