I agree with this one

Alot of those VOB mods (or car mods in general) are imported (read: stolen) from other games (NFS,FORZA etc.) and stiched together.
Developers covered this question too many times now, they are currently working on new shaders system and new track? (maybe,idk)

Regarding mod support, I highly doubt they will implement branded cars because the licence cost $$$.

Im sure they know what were they doing and why they got banned. Joining random empty servers and banning everyone who connects isn't ok. (It doesnt matter what kind of player; veteran or noob)
Also, internet is very endless place where you can check how to play in private with friend.. Gutholz I simply can't agree with your thoughts..
