so: two 4 minutes qualys with the half splitted field per qualy.
( this only happens if more than 16 drivers connected! )

Official Qualy: 20 minutes
1st Race: 8 Laps
5 Minutes Break
2nd Race: 22 Laps

Remember all rules!
