Like you can connect via WMP or Winamp and watch race in LIVE . Like MoE 24h race had. How is it possible to make this system ?

i'm sorry, if the thread is in wrong sectiong but i really didn't know where to make it.

Anyways, my question is about live stream of races. How can it be done ? I've heard that TV-card is needed for this and thats all. If anyone could help with some tutorials or guides or can help with tips please - help.

First of all, you need license to buy for making them. Second of all, they are crap - pointless... They wont fit in LFS, usual LFS cars and then real life Impreza. Now tell me how the hell would they look logical and nice in LFS ?
Maybe if they do some LFSionated version of Impreza or smth, then yes... but in other way i don't see point of that.
