Count me in for this

If your just starting out I would recommend Pro Karting. They teach you how to keep good corner speed as the power is not massive (they do about 55mph but it's fast enough to start off in)

Just incase you don't know, prokarts have 2x Honda engines (can't remember which) Also, they are very cheap to maintain etc, they don't use vast amounts of tyres like the faster classes.

I would advise a slow class like pro karting or World Formula (mainly at Warden Law) to start off in as it teaches you the basics of driving.

i have the playseats evolution with the newer model of the gearshift holder for about a year now. been using it with a g25 and i absolutely love it. to use it i just remove my office chair pull my keyboard and monitor to the frontside of my desk, lower my monitor to about desk height and let the racing begin.

Firstly, Nelson that is a great rig Can i have it It's given me an idea that i could maybe build a stand for the TFT around the seat like you have done.

Cheers Molocco, that link has helped,although $80 for a TFT holder is a bit OTT. A simple metal plate with an adapter would do and also save a lot of production cash! Its weird how Playseat don't show all of those things on the site though. I have sent them an email to check

Hey guys, i'm looking to buy a pre made racing seat ( I'd lvoe to build my ow n but do not have the time at the moment) and I've spotted the playseat. The only problem is, Playseat themselve's haven't produced a stand which will support a LCD TV directly behind the wheel which in my opinion is stupid!

What i was wondering is, has anyone found a way around this, and are there any TV stands that will fit this seat. I have also been looking at the Gameracer but it just doesn't look nice compared to the playseat!

Unfortunately, i dont have the option of using manual clutch with my DFP although I would love to. I really want a G25!!

I've had my PS3 for a few months now and i really love it. colin Mcrae dirt is absolutely fantastic with Motorsotrm and F1:CE Worth a play as well. The graphics on all of these 3 games are truly stunning. Plus, the PS3 has a Blu-Ray player which can also upscale normal DVd's and make them look a great deal better

My advice for people stuck whether to get a PS3 or 360 would be to ask yourself : Do you want the console with the most games currently out or do you want the console with the top quality games still in development.

Well i've tried it along with many other things in rfactor, but i just absolutely despize the game. Since when does a Porsche Carrera handle like the QE2!!!
