Amd athlon xp 3200+ "barton"
1gig of Kingstons DDR running @ 400mhz
80gig Harddrive dont know what , came with comp not sata
Gainward geforce 7600gt 256mb
800W Xion powerreal Powersupply

and in lfs i have steady fps of 40 illepall
when i go twin i have under 35
when i race i have 10 !

when the fps goes under 35 it starts to lag , due to the fact that a human eye can only process 35frames per second

so i need some Info on how can i get the FPS running better around 70-100

wow that was your mainproblem i mean the heating ive never seen a a case like that , and you should clean the inside with a aircompressor , trust me it works good no flying parts etc just dont point it at the fan ^^ the fan will go nuts

dont worry i was in a situation with my comp that i couldnt even start 3dmard :S i bought 1gig of 400mhz ram , Newest chipset drivers and everything , now its workin ok! before i had 333mhz ram too...

I would go for faster ram check if your CPU is capable of using faster RAM speeds get +400mhz
Get new Chipset drivers... etc
ive got

AMD athlon xp 4200+ running @ 2.2ghz ,
1gig DDR ram @ 400mhz
7600Gt agp 256mb memory
Xion Powerreal 500W powersupply

and im running @ 45-60fps when normally driving , with twin drifting = 40-50
when with 3 cars its 25 fps :S
