AirAttack is the name of the team EQ is on. the name belongs to them. if they don't want anyone else using that name, that's their choice, and right. and the same goes for AIRIO. the software belongs to them. they may not have a written EULA somewhere (i couldn't find one at least), but most EULA's have a stipulation that if the developer doesn't want you using their software, you're not allowed to use that software. if you still choose to use that software, then anything that happens to you as a result, is your own damned fault.

as for EQ "hacking" servers, there are tons of servers running AIRIO, including many of which he runs himself through AirAttack. there's no point to him logging on to random servers, and banning everyone on said server. and since LFS has no mechanism to prevent "duplicate" servers and players from being online, he has every right to terminate AIRIO on that server, paid or otherwise. it's his software to make that decision.

if you happened to be on the server when he did it, sh*t happens... you can get banned many times before the 30-day global ban kicks in. it's your fault, indirectly or not, that you joined a "duplicate" server.

is there an "old bar" extension for ff4 yet? i hate ff3's "awesome bar".

i used to use "old location bar" but it doesn't have an update for ff4, and i don't want to trash my profile fudging the compatibility stuff.

i'm using 500mb right now, with three tabs, none of which use flash. doesn't seem much different to me. probably by morning, it'll be pushing 800mb. since ram is cheap, i like to assume the mozilla developers don't really care about memory consumption.

you're supposed to contact the tower some distance away from the airport, i think they probably could have diverted to dulles, or worse, potomac airfield.

did you try changing the port on the one that didn't work, and then if it works, changing it back to the "broken" setting?

or is there a firewall blocking the port?
